Arpana Sharma is ICEF and British Council Certified University Counsellor. She is a skilled strategic consultant and thought leader with over 30 years of cross-sectoral experience spanning Higher Education, Hospitality, Health, Recruitment and Corporate Consulting across India and the UAE. She is known for designing structured, outcomes-driven frameworks that deliver measurable impact in youth development, talent readiness, institutional partnerships, and sustainable business transformation.

As Managing Partner at PraeEminere Advisory, Arpana heads the BizEd-Visory function. She spearheads ESG-aligned consulting initiatives focused on business–education integration, mentoring architecture, and inclusive growth. Her work is grounded in systems thinking and strategic foresight, enabling clients to navigate complexity and unlock long-term value.

Arpana is a Fellow of the UK’s Institute of Consulting and holds executive education credentials in Business Sustainability Management - CISL, University of Cambridge, Competitive Strategy & Innovation - London School of Economics, MBA from  - University of Wollongong and a second Postgraduate degree in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition from Delhi University. She is a regular speaker at industry forums and a mentor to emerging professionals and youth-led ventures. She is also a published research author.
